SecureIN (An Enterprize Security Management Software / Photo Visitor Pass Software)
The requirement to fortify the Gates is not new. Since ages empires have strived to have strong gates and astute management at the gates. In recent times all organizations require a tab on the visitors and vehicles moving through the gates. The security, visitor observation and vehicle management of activities at the gate is of paramount importance.
SecureIN, is an Enterprise Security Software for controlling, monitoring and authorizing visitors in the organization. It allows visitor photograph capturing, online visitee list, gatepass printing with visitor’s photograph, current visitors list, out-time posting, visitor history etc.
SecureIN issues five different type of passes: Normal Visitor Pass, Family Pass, Family Visitor Pass, and Civil Employee Pass.

How it works
When a visitor arrives at the gate to meet an employee, his image is captured at the gate using a web-camera and personal details of visitor are entered into the system. A Flash message appears in the concerned officer's PC with vistior's photograph and details; If the visitor is approved, Security Staff print the visitor gate pass or badge with visitor photograph and other details that can be customized as per the requirement.
The software not just records and maintains the visitor details but also provides important reports and utilities like - top organization sending visitors, top employees receiving visitors, current visitors, black list visitor and organization etc.

Categories of Passes
(option to choose category is available)
- Normal Visitor Pass
A normal visitor pass is issued to any visitor, who is seeking permission to enter into the Office / Residential premises of the Organization.
- Family Pass
A Family pass is issued to the Family members of an Employee of the Organization. The validity of the pass can be fixed by the issuing officer, or as per instructions from the Management.
- Family Visitor Pass
A Family Visitor Pass is issued to the relatives of the Employee of the organization, who are visiting him to stay for a long period.
- Civil Employee Pass
A Civil Employee pass is issued to the out sourced employees, or people working on contractual basis with the organization.
Technical Details
Terminals Required:
Check-in-counter : As many as check-in counters can be established. One Computer, Web Camera, and Printer shall be required at each counter.
Check-out-counter: As many as check-out counters can be established. One Computer, Web Camera, and Printer shall be required at each counter.
At Employees End: The security staff can enquire with the Employee through phone, and on confirmation issue the Visitor Pass.
Please Note : Check-in and Check-out can be done from a single gate also, if entry and exit points are same, and even Check-in / Check-out counter can be same in small organizations.
Server Database – The software supports Client – Server Architecture. The data from all the security gates is kept at a central server, which can be accessed from various officer locations in the organization also intranet messaging activity can be orchestrated.

- Windows XP operating systems.
- Backend – MS SQL server or Access Database.
- 1GB RAM, 200 MB of HDD space for Software Installation
- USB Web Cam (Make - Intel, Logitech, D-Link, Creative etc.) & Printer.
